Gunta LindeGunta has large experience in investment and tax planning, restructuring, acquisition and selling of companies as well as in rising of capital.
Gunta holds BA Diploma in Law and economics from University of Latvia as well as MBA degree from Stockholm School of Economics in Riga. Professional experience includes consultancy as lawyer for law offices, audit companies, commercial banks and government agencies since 1991. Before private venturing Gunta was Tax Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers and head of Tax & Legal services at legacy Price Waterhouse firm in Latvia. Since year 1990 Gunta works in private venturing and is the co-owner of audit firm Baker Tilly Baltics.
